Students
I. Introduction
School dormitories use the light steel structure system is adopted
for the overall hoisting series of container houses, and the wall
is covered with a composite rockwood sandwich wall panel. All
panels and accessories can be folded and packed, and the
installation is simple, suitable for long-distance large-scale
transportation and export shipping.
The roof, ground, roof, and circuit system are completely
prefabricated in the factory, which makes the on-site installation
convenient and fast, and shortens the time interval from building
to using.
The steel structure system makes the house have excellent ability
to resist the wind speed of 120km / h; the light structure makes
the house show good integrity when encountering the earthquake
disaster which is equal to the earthquake fortification intensity
of 9 degrees.
The production of the foundation on site is small, and it can be
used after being transported to the site. The house can be recycled
for 15 years without any construction waste.
The roof adopts structural waterproof design to enhance the
airtightness and water tightness of the house. When the house is
delivered from the factory, other decorative accessories such as
awning can be added according to the actual application.
II. Design description
This portable container accommodation is designed for school
students. It is consisted by 48 sets of container units, and 24
sets of container walkway units, with a total of 1010 sqm.
